• Lori and Tom will be unavailable from Tuesday April 26 through Sunday May 8. Other sitters will be covering visits in their absence.

• I will be on vacation from Sunday May 29 through Sunday June 5 though it will still be "business as usual." I will still be taking calls, emails and texts for scheduling, cancellations, confirmations and invoices.

• Cindy will be unavailable from Friday June 3 through Sunday June 5. Other sitters will be covering visits in her absence.

• When requesting a pet sit, please include the date & time you will be leaving your house and the date & time you will be returning to your house. That way our sitters can adjust their visits to keep your pet comfortable and I will also have an accounting for insurance purposes as to when your house will be unoccupied.

• Please leave your payment in your home for your sitter to collect. I cannot stress how complicated it becomes to track down payments in order to pay your sitter for their services. Mailed payments often result in a 2 week paycheck delay for your sitter and with gas prices being as high as they are, we try avoid making extra trips. Your understanding is appreciated!

• Please remember to call, text or email me if you need to cancel a visit because you are off from work, home sick, returned early, etc... Once your sitter arrives at your home, they must be compensated for their time & travel.
