When you contact All Creature Comforts, the pet sitter arranges a FREE Initial Consultation to:

• Meet you and your pet(s)
• Get detailed information about caring for your pet(s) and your home  
• Complete a Service Agreement

Please be ready to provide:

• A copy of your house key
• Emergency telephone numbers and/or the telephone number of your vacation/work/hotel destination.
• Your pet's Veterinarian info (It is also important that your Veterinarian is informed that you acquired the services of a pet sitter, and should your pet(s) require emergency care, make the necessary billing arrangements beforehand.) 

Daily Visits (based on 20-30 minute visit)

Pet Care:

• Lots of love and attention! 
• Fresh food and water 
• Dogs go for walk or play in a fenced-in yard
• Litter box cleaning for cats
• Playing with his/her favorite toy
• Light brushing - if they like to be brushed
• Administering medication, if necessary

Home Care: 

• Collection of mail and newspapers
• Alter household lighting for security purposes
• Light watering of household plants
• Taking your garbage/recycling out to the curb on specified days

Daily Visit Rates:

• $17.00 - First Visit
• $15.00 - Second Visit, same day
• $15.00 - Third Visit, same day

(NOTE: Rates include up to 3 dogs or cats - $1.00 per additional pet, per visit)

Hours of Service 

Dogs:

• "AM" visit - between 7:00am and 9:00am
• "MID-DAY" visit - between 11:00am and 3:00pm
• "PM" visit - between 7:00pm and 9:00pm

Cats:

• Cats will be visited at approximately the same time each day, sometime between 9AM and 7PM depending on schedule, location of other jobs and weather conditions. Except in emergencies, no cat visits will be before 9AM or after 7PM.

 (Note: Dogs are not left more than 12 hours overnight, with the "PM" visit dictating what time the following "AM" will be.)

Overnight Care

Some pets need extra TLC at night - maybe they need supervision due to a medical condition, have poor bladder control, or have separation anxiety issues. Whatever the reason, overnight pet sitting is available to clients that need a little extra care for their pets.

Pet Care:

• Lots of love and attention
• Water and food maintenance, if needed
• Potty breaks for dogs
• Litter box cleaning for cats
• Administering medication, if necessary

Home Care: 

• Collection of mail and newspapers
• Alter household lighting for security purposes
• Light watering of household plants
• Taking your garbage/recycling out to the curb on specified days

Overnight Care Hours:

• Between 9:30pm & 6:30am (8 hour minimum)
• Does not include Daily Visits. If you require pet sitting services during the day, please schedule those visits as well.

$65.00 (Includes up to 3 dogs or cats - $1.00 per additional pet, per visit.)

Holiday Surcharge

A surcharge is applied to each visit made on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

• $5.00 – additional per visit.

Pocket Pets & Exotics

We are more than happy to care for your birds, rabbits, lizards, hamsters, fish, ferrets, etc. Rates based on degree of services provided. Please call for pricing.

Pet Taxi Service

Sometimes you just can't get away during your workday to take your pet to an appointment. Whether the appointment is with their groomer or a day at the doggy day care, we would be happy to taxi your pet.

$20.00 * - (price based on 5 miles from pick-up point)

General Information

• Initial consultation – Free. Additional consultations - $15.00
• Keys: *Pick up/Return - $15.00* *Returned by Mail - $10.00* Clients have the option of supplying All Creature Comforts with a temporary key to their home or having their key kept permanently on file. A duplicate will be made of any permanent key, so that there is always a back-up key available at the office. Due to the off-chance that your return is delayed, keys will not be left in the house at the last scheduled visit.
• All scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, invoicing and client calls/emails/texts are handled by the owner of All Creature Comforts, Carrie Hammer. Individual pet sitters should only be contacted for updates on pets.
• Advance booking is preferred, but at least 72 hours notice is appreciated for pet sitting requests. New clients should allow a week for initial consultation.
• All Creature Comforts is not "on call" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - even though phone calls, texts or emails can be left by clients 24/7. Sitters fit their personal lives in and around scheduled pet visits, and my not be accessible to clients at all times.
• A request is not considered booked until the client has received a response via phone, email or text. Please do not leave your pet unattended until your request has been confirmed.  
• Payment is due upon completion of pet sitting services via cash, check or money order, with payments left in-home for sitter collection being preferred. A three day “grace period” is given for mailed payments.
• Pet(s) must have a current Rabies Vaccine and be free of external parasites.
• Your pet sitter has the right to decline service to aggressive pets.
• Your pet sitter is not responsible for the loss, injury or death of any pet that lives or stays outdoors, or that has access to a pet door or kennel.
• In the event of inclement weather, ACC will do its best to fulfill all scheduled visits unless doing so would compromise the safety and well-being of a sitter. 
• To ensure your pet(s) receive the best possible care, please make sure all food, treats, medications & clean-up supplies are fully stocked at your departure. Your pet sitter will need to be reimbursed if any supplies are purchased in your absence.
• If your pet needs medical attention while you are away, your pet sitter will need to be reimbursed for time and travel. The fee is: $15.00 for the first 30 minutes, and $5.00 for every 5 minutes thereafter.
• Please contact All Creature Comforts upon your arrival home. Visits to your home will continue – at your expense – until otherwise notified.
